Project Location:
101 W 78th St New York, NY 10024
Project Description:
This beautifully restored location designed by Emile Gruwe in 1886, and described as “Elegantly reimagined Upper West Side Condominium Residences,” is comprised of luxury 2-5 bedroom residences that feature elegant 10.5 foot tall ceilings, beautiful large windows, and NYC skyline views.
For this luxurious residence, we designed and crafted elegant custom draperies for each room.
The common area, which includes the living and dining room, features sheer drapery fabricated with an elegant Larson Echo sheer fabric from Cowtan & Tout installed on decorative Techno drapery rods. To complement these draperies, the bay window features sheer stationary side panels of the same fabric.
The children’s rooms feature custom ripplefold drapery installed on decorative Techno drapery rods. The girl’s room received “Larsen Sheer” drapery from Cowtan & Tout and the boy’s room received “Natural Fit Cloud” draperies from Carole Fabrics.
Finally, the master bedroom received a special touch. Our team combined two amazing fabrics to create a lovely two-tone drapery solution. The sheer portion of the solution is crafted out of Colefax and Fowler sheer fabric, and the bottom features a solid Romari Lead fabric from Romo fabrics.
The bay window in the master bedroom features sheer stationary side panels. All on decorative techno rods.
