Project Address:
252 East 57th Street NYC
Project Description:
Neighboring Michelin-starred restaurants, MoMA, the East River, and shopping destinations like Bloomingdales, 252 East 57th Street towers over New York’s richest cultural landmarks.
Made with a modernist’s eye and only opened in 2016, this young upstart was crying out for sleek, minimal window furnishing. We chose Somfy Line Voltage Roller Shades with fascia.
Less has always been more in luxury apartments, and so this application, clean in its aesthetic, with light control and energy efficient features was the obvious choice.
Concealed private living and the revealed outer world have never been so effortlessly achieved.
