Stern Architects. These contrasts slip into focus: modernity and history, privacy, and accessibility. So how do they work in harmony, and how can new furnishings work within this carefully curated aesthetic? To meet its prestige, answer its questions, and preserve its mystery, we installed ripple fold panels on Vesta decorative tracks, a hybrid application befitting our setting. The Belnord, or The Arconia, as eagle-eyed fans of Only Murders in the Building know it, is an enigma. Who better cracks its code than our expert team? Sleek and subtle, ripple fold panels are often favored for their minimal, contemporary feel, but here they speak to the uniformity of the architectural heritage. They also pair exceptionally well with Vesta decorative tracks. Made to facilitate effortless operation, these tracks spotlight reliability, and thanks to their hidden hardware, they accentuate the high ceilings here too. At one time, each condo of The Belnord overlooked the world’s largest interior courtyard. It’s not just space that confers grandeur to place though; it’s framing, the fine touches, an expert hand.
