38 Monroe Place is an Italianate brownstone located in the fabulous Brooklyn Heights neighborhood.
This extremely cool 19th century Civil War prehistoric 5-Story treasure features a mix of Manual Clutch Roller Shades and Rollease Acmeda Rechargeable Motorized Roller Shades.
We used Acmeda Dove White Fabric for all 5 Bedrooms.
In the 3 Bathrooms, we installed Acmeda Solar fabric in a 1% privacy fabric, and an Acmeda 3000 Net white 3% screen shades in the Office, Den & Kitchen.
