Project Location:
167 East 61st St Portfolio
Project Description:
The Upper East Side speaks for itself — a neighborhood synonymous with elegance and sophistication. 167 East 61st Street sits at the very heart of it all: well-connected, highly convenient, and within a welcoming, family-oriented community.
Given its vibrant setting, it was crucial to find a solution that both opened up the space and shielded the home from the bustle of the outside world. We selected Somfy Blackout and 5% Shades with Fascia for a sleek, seamless look. These shades offer superior protection from harmful UV rays and provide room darkening when needed, all while being effortlessly easy to operate.
This is where modern design meets minimalist sophistication. The light flows in, space feels more open, and privacy is maintained. Choose shades that blend form with function, allowing you to control your view while enhancing the comfort and style of your space.
