As the standout building on Billionaire’s Row, condos measure out 5,000 square feet, on average. It’s the kind of expansive design feature to be expected of Burj Khalifa architect, Adrian Smith. But it’s not just the space that makes Central Park Tower a marvel.
Vistas that showcase the city, from Central Park to the Atlantic Ocean are revealed the moment the Lutron shades are drawn. Fitted to the floor to ceiling windows in 3% and blackout opacities, the outside world can be filtered, shut out, and opened up with complete discretion.
