111 Murray Street, developed in partnership with the Fisher Brothers, Witkoff, and New Valley, is an 800ft sky-high residential building featuring 157 luxury residences that showcase the amazing views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson River, New York Harbor and more.
The floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views come an abundance of natural light but there is a lack of privacy when needed. In order to provide ultimate control of both lighting and privacy, we installed Lutron triathlon motorized roller shades.
Lutron Motorized screen shades in a 3% openness were installed in the common areas and home office. This allows the resident to enjoy their view throughout the day, while decreasing bright light, glare, UV rays, and increasing daytime privacy.
The bedroom received Lutron motorized blackout shades. These shades provide a room darkening effect day or night, allowing the resident to enjoy a restful sleep no matter the time of day.
