Greene Street. It’s an address every native New Yorker knows like the back of their hand – they can recall the creative agencies headquartered there, the fashion brands, its timeless appeal. This is old New York, but modern, upscale. This commercial loft is no different. Here the natural light gets into all 3,650 square feet of office space. To keep that ambience in, and the glare out, the NYWF team chose ripple fold drapery. Greene Street is at the intersection of art and design, and these olive-toned drapes deliver on both fronts effortlessly. Architecturally, Greene Street is a marvel, all exposed brick and timber columns. Set in floor to ceiling, these ripple fold drapes line up form and function, securing privacy effortlessly, blocking out rooms, and dampening sound without destroying atmosphere. The furnishings we’ve selected retain the vibe of core Soho, understated yet special… sophisticated yet full of character.
