Project Description:
These Southampton views are as beautiful as they are relaxing, and a home with plenty of tall/expansive windows is a great way to take them all in and also allow in an abundance of natural light.
Where there are multiple windows, however, there is also excess heat or cold entering the home, intruding UV rays, and lack of privacy to consider. To combat this, we installed custom energy efficient roller shades throughout this immaculate Southampton home.
The bathroom and walk-in closets feature custom manually operated solar shades in a balmoral fabric and encased in a wrapped fascia.
The bedrooms feature dual treatments that are comprised of Balmoral fabric solar shades and blackout shades, also with wrapped fascia, for added privacy and lighting control.
