Project Description
33 Park Row went up in 2021, clad in distinctive copper – a callback to the industrial Manhattan of old. Today, vistas of contemporary life in Lower Manhattan are all but beamed to residents from their wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows. For residents, this is boutique living. With its custom baths and bespoke kitchens, the challenge we faced was securing privacy, gracefully.
After assessing each option’s merits, we selected stationary drape panels. The perfect accent unclosed, these custom ripple fold panels serve to soften the modern architecture of the setting. When drawn, New York City’s natural light flows in, with penthouse privacy secured from the street below.
Our considered, aesthetic choice will do more for the high-flying residents here than frame views, it will seat the story of luxury living, redefined. City Hall Park has long been the preferred hangout for artists in the city. Our vision is that when a Park Row resident peers through the drapes at sunup, they’ll look out and see as the artists see
