Project Description:
11 Beach is a pre-war, loft building thoroughly reimagined and renovated by Thomas Juul-Hansen and BKSK Architects. This historic building features twenty-seven smartly crafted three, four and five-bedroom residences that offer distinct loft-like living experiences and beautifully oversized windows.
For this loft we added Hunter Douglas PowerView® motorized ¾ Applause Honeycomb Shades in a Sunterra Moonlight Light-Filtering Fabric. These shades are operated via a custom Pebble handheld remote.
This window treatment paired with the pleated draperies offer a beautiful design with benefits such as privacy, lighting control, and energy efficiency due to extra insulation.
