Similar to the Empire valance, the Kingston valance features horn and swag elements, but draw its fullness from side-stacked pleats. Kingston valances can also be customized in any number of fabrics and trims, including tassels, fringe, and more. Cornices
These stationary window accents are mounted at the top of a window frame, and add an increased sense of architectural interest to a room.
